Being an athlete and playing this game is about doing your best every single day, and not just on the days of competition. It is about giving it your all at every practice and every training session, so that you may improve little by little.
In three weeks, my team is going to compete in Regionals, where we will be fighting as hard as we can for the one bid to go to Nationals. For the next three weeks, I plan on giving it my everything. I plan on giving 100% effort at practice, plus an extra 20% outside of practice where I work on my weaknesses. Come three weeks from now, I am going to be the best that I can possibly be at that moment.
