We needed basically a 100% increase in ladies to even have a team, so we made ourselves very visible on campus, advertised, talked about it nonstop with anyone who would listen, and threw parties to show them we're a good group of people (and invited the men of course). It worked amazingly. We got a lot of rooks, and they've done great.
