I’ve been gripping a disc everyday now when I’m at home. The new forehand grip is feeling more natural. I tested it the other night during pickups, and the disc is a lot more stable because of the extra spin. The ‘touch’ throws are harder to control, but that will come once the grip becomes second nature.
